The delivery of your parcel will be made by Colissimo Expert or Chronopost International.

Your parcel is fully insured; that means that until you sign for it,

the goods' shipment are under ProtecSom's responsibilities.

If you don't get your parcel, we send you another one.

You will get your parcel :

- under 48h if you live in Metropolitan France and if you choose La Poste

- under 2 to 4 days in the rest of the European Union.

The parcel will be delivered in person, after the signature upon delivery.

If you gave us an email address, we send you the tracking number that allows you to know where your parcel is, at every step of its shipment.
