Exclusive! Lost or damaged during transport,

your product will be replaced free of charge.

 

Contrary to the usual rules for mails orders, that withdraw the responsibility of the seller when the parcel has left the the Post office, Protec'Som ensures responsibility of the product until the delivery of your item.

You are protected by your statutory rights (under the usual reserve) if the parcel is damaged in transit.

 

Your orders are processed daily, from Monday to Saturday, in the following way :

1° Order receipt : A short time after your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you.       
             
2° Confirmation : if you paid for your order online, a second email will be sent to you, within 24 hours, to confirm your order and to inform you of the delivery date (generally within 24 hours during workdays, except for custom-made items)

If you chose to pay by cheque, this second email will be sent when ProtecSom has received the payment.

                                      
3° Preparation : Generally your order will be processed on the same day, or the day after, if the order was received after 11am. The ordered items are grouped together for the preparation of your parcel.

A first check of your delivery is done at this stage.

                                      
4° Items are registered : Thanks to their unique bar code. The invoice added to your parcel, is made from this registration.

The Product guide and guarantee are also added to your parcel at this stage.

                                      
5° A last check : A visual check is done before the package is sealed. The invoice is added to the contents.
                             
6° The weighing : The weighing has a double use:

1) It gives the weight for the printing of the identification tag intended to the Post office.

2) Check that the contents corresponds to the weight of your parcel.

In the case of a anomalous weight, the parcel will be re-opened and a correction will be made, if necessary.

                    

7° Shipment : the identification tag, that allows the priority processing of your order, will be printed and pasted onto the parcel.

The parcel is now ready to be taken to the Post office. The time is approx. 2pm

 

You will get your parcel:

- Between 1 to 2 days, if you live in Metropolitan France and if you choose La Poste

- Between 2 to 4 days, for the rest of the European Union.

 

The parcel will be delivered to you, after receipt of a signature upon delivery.

 

In case of absence, the parcel could be sent to you a second time, on a day of your choice (from monday to friday, if you choose the express shipment) or it will await collection from the Post office by you for up to two weeks.

Whatever your choice of shipping method, we can track your parcel and inform you of its stage of delivery at any moment.
