For its Evolon® range of anti-dust mite covers, Protec'Som® has chosen the textile Evolon® in its calandered 100g/m2 form, which is perfectly adapted for dust mite proof covers.

An unique microfilament structure

This form of Evolon® is the basis for the textile that we use for the skin protection combination Protexoderm®, which is intended for children suffering from atopic dermatitis.

This fabric is directly shipped from the Freudenberg factory to our production plant, without additional chemical modifications.

It offers many advantages: it is soft, pliable, tight and very strong (25% more resistant to tearing), while at the same time providing a very good barrier against dust mites and offering excellent filtration properties to its internal microfilament structure. This textile is also easy-to-use as Evolon® is fast drying, breathable and very absorbent.

to respond to all criteria of the Oekotex 100, to guarantee production quality.

Production is carried out in France, in a scrupulously clean environment, in our specialized workshops. A patent protects our exclusive assembly technique, intended to improve the allergen-proof aspects.
